What are your thoughts on Beautiful People.com rejecting people?

So I'm watching Jay Leno, And he brings up the dating website Beautiful People.com rejecting over 30,000 members for not being good looking enough Due to a virus? I call Bull **** , They didn't want to seem mean so they made it up. Yet on their site they say, Beauty is in the eye of the beholder? Talk about hypocrites. Everyone has different tastes right? If you were one of the rejects would U sue for discrimination?
