I have the worst bite?

I've had a open bit since I was a little girl. I am 29 and I cant take it anymore. I never smiled and shown my teeth in pictures before and it bothers me so much. I have a lisp and some people think I don't have teeth because of how I talk. I just want this fixed once and for all so I can finally have a beautiful smile. What should I do?
