Nestle...?.MAKEUP?

I love to pamper myself and so I used to looove the body shop but now it has been taken over by nestle I don't shop there anymore. WHERE can I buy products like makeup, shampoo etc. that's ORGANIC and if poss.... animal cruelty free and non animal ingredients???!!! IS that too much to ask???...!!!
