Have you ever hurt yourself burping?

Have you ever hurt yourself burping? I was sitting on the side of my bed, slightly slouched over, about to stand up and I guess gas was coming up...it was like a hiccup that didn't make it out of my mouth. It happened in a split second and now all my chest muscles hurt and also in the center over the chest bone. Couldn't lift my arms for 1/2 an hour and it hurts to move but otherwise fine. Just wondering if anybody else has ever done this!
