My friend isnt on some hot girl list now she thinks shes ugly what do i say to her!?

at our school these boys who arent even cute made a list of hot girls and my friends not on it and now shes like am i ugly? why dont boys like me? why am i not on the list? what can i tell her right now that will make her know that shes pretty . not sappy, something tough that says "screw them"
