Why simply because Mexico has all types of resourses such as petroleum uranium these resources brings the economy up and up even if the Mexican goverment steals all the money from the country Mexico still is rich, if Mexico had a better goverment it would be one of the richest most developed country in the world . Argentina has none of that but salt and ocean and so does Chile and all the south American countries except for Venezuela but Mexico is still better economically.
