I am an Australian citizen pregnant to my American fiance?r=1250235983?

He has recently been incarcerated and I came back to Australia to apply for a work visa to be near him. Since returning, I discovered I am pregnant and want to get back there ASAP so he doesn't miss out on as much as he will since he's incarcerated and to be near him. How do I go about doing this right? Meaning, re-entering the USA and having our child and being able to stay and work there legally while he is there? I've been trying to contact lawyers over there but so far, none are returning my calls or emails and I can't seem to find any answers so far on the net. Any help would be Greatly appreciated.
