Please read this segment from my book?

I find that it reminds me of John Updike's works. The only problem i had was in the page "and wanted nooooo pity on himself". It seems you wanted to put emphasis on the no, but i didn't really like the recurring o's. (and trust me, that is a minor thing) Everything else was great, great images, and great description of the characters. Loved it.
