How much do you, as a single person, pay for rent each month?

I've been doing some looking around for a modest rental in the Stuart, FL area and so far, I havent found much that isn't in cracktown. I am a single female with one cat and moderate income. $1000 per month is way too much for me. I'm more in the 650-700 range. I'm trying to get a feel for what other singles are paying to live without a roommate.
