Question about Indiana visitation.. Im the father and custodial parent of my 12 year old son.?

I live in chicago with son. my ex lives 150miles away eastern Indiana.. My ex gets one weekend visit per month due to mother living long distance. The months with a holiday in it would she be entitled to her holiday weekend and her regular visitation weekend or do you combine them holiday and regular visit.. for example, Thanksgiving she suppose to get son from Wednesday to Sunday is that all she gets for November or does she get another weekend for regular visit if so that's a lot of travel going down twice in a month a lot of gas money too. any one can help me..
